I. Return Conditions

Returns Accepted Even After Opening: If a product has been opened but remains unused, unwashed, free of stains or damage, and is still in a condition suitable for resale, you may apply for a return.
If the product suffers from quality defects, was shipped in error, or does not match the product description, we will prioritize processing a return or exchange for you.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product; requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
II. Return Process

Please contact our Customer Service team first to submit a return request and explain the reason for the return.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved by Customer Service, we will provide you with specific return instructions and the return shipping address.
Please ship the product back as instructed and provide us with the return tracking number.
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will arrange for your refund as soon as possible.
III. Fee Details

For returns resulting from quality defects or shipping errors, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., incorrect size, personal preference, etc.), the return shipping costs must be borne by the buyer.
